@jacquimariesaldana Frozen Tangerine Cranberry Margaritas are up for your holiday cocktail consideration! Sweet and tangy and everything you want from a frozen Margarita! Start by freezing tangerine juice in ice trays. In a blender add; 8 tangerine juice cubes, 1 oz Cointreau, 3 oz tequila, juice of 1 lime. Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses. Leave room at the top for a cranberry juice floater! (100% cranberry juice works best) Add candied oranges as a garnish. @jacquimariesaldana Chocolate Coated Dates are always a good idea! Stuff dates w/ peanut butter & then stuff in sliced almonds or sunflower seeds. Put them on parchment paper & freeze for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips w/ 1 tsp of coconut oil slowly on a double boiler or in the microwave at 30 sec intervals until smooth. Use a fork & coat each stuffed date in chocolate.
