Nutty Green Beans

What You Need

Pound Of Fresh Green Beans

1 tbs olive oil

1/2 tbs sesame oil

2 cloves of chopped fresh garlic

Pinch of salt

1 tsp pepper

1/3 cup un-salted slivered almonds

What You Do

-In a large frying pan on medium heat, warm up your olive oil.

-Once the olive oil is warm, add your green beans and stir to coat them in the oil.

-Drizzle your sesame oil and add the salt and pepper. Stir to evening coat the green beans with sesame oil and seasonings.

-Continue to cook and stir the green beans until they start turning a light golden brown.

-Add in the fresh garlic and continue cooking until the garlic turns light brown. Remember to keep stirring/tossing so the green beans and garlic don’t burn.

-Once they have that yummy brown color and are soft (yet still have a bit of crunch) remove from heat and place on a serving plate.
