Nutella Cookies - Only 3 Ingredients
Last year there were these viral cookies going around on TikTok that only took THREE ingredients to make. I of course had to try them out! I’ve come to realize that cookies are my one true dessert love! I love a good cookie and baking them gives me such joy!

Back to these THREE ingredient cookies, they were surprisingly delicious! You have to enjoy Nutella though … So if you aren’t a fan of Nutella these aren’t for you. But YOU KNOW WHAT?! I might try these with another type of butter like; cookie butter, peanut butter, sunflower seed butter and they might work too. Stay Tuned for those.

Nutella Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Nutella
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
*extra nutella to drizze on top
Makes About 12 Cookies
Directions
Step 1: Start by preheating you oven to 350 degrees and prep a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl mix together your three ingredients. Note: This dough is fairly thick and will require a strong mixing hand! In my TikTok video I started with a whisk but use a wooden spoon! That will help.
Step 3: Once a dough forms use your hands to make cookie dough balls. You can measure each one with a teaspoon or cookie scoop. Mine are about 4 tsp or so of dough each. Eye ball it, but make sure each cookie dough ball is about the same size. I LOVE this cookie scooper if you are interested I linked it HERE!
Step 4: Now bake your cookies at 350 degrees for 8 minutes total! After four minutes of bake time, pull the cookies out and use a silicone spatula to gently press down on the cookie dough balls. Watch my TikTok video for reference if you need help. Once the cookies are all pressed, put them back in the oven for their last four minutes of bake time.
Step 5: Once the cookies are done baking place them on a cooling rake and let them cool completely. While the cookies cool ready a bit of Nutella in a piping bag or plastic bag.
Step 6: When the cookies are completely cool, drizzle with extra Nutella and enjoy!
